Download ADIR
ADIR runs on the Windows computers in your practice. Download the installer below, then follow the two steps under “Windows will show a warning” — it appears for everybody, and it is not a sign that anything is wrong.

Windows will show a warning. This is expected.
When you open the installer, Windows may show a blue box that says Windows protected your PC. It shows this for any program it has not seen many times before, including ours. Nothing is wrong, and you have not downloaded the wrong thing.
To continue:
- Click More info — it is the small link in the blue box.
- Click Run anyway, the button that then appears at the bottom.
If your browser also warns that the file is not commonly downloaded, choose Keep. And if the file disappears on its own shortly after downloading, your antivirus removed it by mistake — contact us and we will sort it out.
Before you install
- Windows 10 or 11. ADIR does not run on Mac.
- Install it on each computer in the practice that needs it. Your licence covers up to three.
- The first launch opens a short setup wizard — you choose the shared office folder once, then configure each computer.
- New installs start in Safe Mode: ADIR reads and reconciles but posts nothing to your practice software until you turn Safe Mode off in Settings.
