ADIR supports most Canadian insurance carriers and their portals. Canada Life, Chambers, ClaimSecure, Cooperators, Desjardins, Empire Life, Equitable, ExpressScripts, GreenShield, GroupHealth, Instream (iA Financial, Johnston, Maximum Benefit, SimplyBenefits), Manion, Manulife, Pacific Blue Cross, ProviderConnect, RBC Insurance, RWAM, and Sun Life.

No. ADIR runs locally on your own network. Statements, patient records, and sensitive office data never leave the practice, and we have no access to them.

No. ADIR watches for unread messages in only the inbox or folder you choose during setup. Permission can be revoked at any time through your email client. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Nothing from your email is collected or stored by us or any outside server; only the statements are saved, on your own computer. We also recommend you set up a dedicated inbox that receives only forwarded statement notifications, or a dedicated folder fed by a filter. After downloading ADIR, the initial setup will assist you with either option.

It stays exactly where it always was — on your machines. Your statements, reports, and audit history remain yours and remain accessible.

Anything ADIR can't reconcile with certainty is flagged for manual review before posting, with the reason and the source statement attached. Safe Mode lets you review a full run before anything is written. Please see our Software Services Agreement for more details.
